Jain Temple: 
  Jain temple of Mahavira , 2000 years old, having 1.5 meters high image of Mahavira.
  Kolanupaka became the second capital of the Kalyani Chalukyas in the 11th century. During this period the village was a religious centre of Jains, and ranks with other great Jain centers in the south. The temple was last renovated some 100 years back when it was discovered. Now the renovation work is going on for the past 20 years.The temple is of marble stones and pillars.

The complete temple is with beautiful carvings to the side’s pillars and roof. There is a huge bell at the entrance of the temple.
